A Healing Arts Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, Artist and Art Educator, Mother, Daughter, Sister, and Friend, her life's work is to follow her own intuition, joy and inspiration and to help guide others on their journeys of self-inquiry through body, mind, spirit aligning practices.
